All hardware built for SpotOn will be supported by Jumbilin by Reddie, a cloud-based software solution that integrates digital signage and ordering technology. SpotOn’s 21.5″ Reddie Self-Order Kiosk has a modular structure, making it easy for customers to assemble and install (with the appropriate mounts- sold separately), and customers can modify their kiosk setup by choosing an optional barcode scanner. SpotOn’s Reddie Self-Order kiosk is available as freestanding, countertop, or wall-mounted. SpotOn customers will be able to manage their kiosk from their SpotOn dashboard, which includes automatic 86ing, removal of out-of-stock items from the kiosk, updating category and modifier images while benefiting from full integration with kitchen display and printer systems, with all payments being securely processed with a PCI compliant PAX A35 terminal and by SpotOn via Worldpay or TSYS. Features available through Jumbilin by Reddie are category scheduling, kiosk discounts, and table number allocations.
SpotOn customers who need SpotOn’s Reddie Indoor Digital Menu Boards will have the option of (1) using Reddie’s 4K Ultra HD Media Players to connect to their existing TV/Monitor, which converts them into digital menu boards or (2) purchasing SpotOn’s Reddie Commercial All-In-One Menu Boards, for those who require a new installation or upgrade. SpotOn’s Reddie Commercial All-In-One Menu Board offers high brightness (1000 nits), 24/7 operation, vertical/horizontal orientation, a slim bezel, 3-year commercial warranty, includes Jumbilin by Reddie software. The sizes available are 43″, 49″ and 55″, with 32″ available on request.
SpotOn customers who need SpotOn’s Reddie Digital Drive-Thru Menu Boards will benefit from hardware that is IP66 rated (weatherproof), has high brightness (4000 nits), a sunlight-readable display, anti-glare glass, anti-blackening technology, vandalism-safe enclosure, 24/7 operational, has a wide-viewing angle, high definition (1080p), Integrated Order Confirmation, and a 3-year commercial warranty.
SpotOn’s Reddie Indoor Digital Menu Boards and Digital Drive-Thru Menu boards include Menu Board Sync that allows updates from a SpotOn dashboard to reflect on the digital menu boards, including syncing menu board categories/items, automatic 86ing, updating menu item images/prices, scheduling of playlists and out of stock items being removed from menus.
